We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your paintings can reach you as quickly as possible.International orders are shipped via DHL and ARAMEX. Delivery date and transit time may vary according to the country’s customs policy and the estimated Shipping Time is between 3-5 business days. Please note that all shipments are fully insured and we will ship a new package/portrait in the event of a loss or damage during shipment.

Here’s how it works: you order, we hand paint an original masterpiece, then we ship.Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
