Art Noirs is a digital gallery for handmade acrylic paintings, so our art pieces are available online only on our website and social media platforms.

Your portrait should be treated as you would any piece of fine art. Do not position where it will be in direct sunlight. Do not try to clean with water, glass cleaner, or any other liquids. Use a soft dust brush to gently remove dust only when needed.
Before or during the order process, an account will be created with your information that you enter. The login will be your email address and password of your choice. If you have any problems viewing your account or you have lost your password, please contact us.
Personalized pop-art Portraits
You should start the process by visiting our [Personalized pop-art portraits] page and go through the steps indicated. It begins with you submitting the desired photo then we will provide the preliminary design that will be hand painted on canvas, this takes 1-2 business days. Once approved the payment will be processed to proceed to production and that takes between 2-3 days before it is shipped to you within 3-5 days.
The design process is free of charge and it takes 1-2 business days to be ready once the portrait photo is submitted to our team.
It depends on desired service, for a painting chosen from BOHO, Pop-Art, or Founun collections it takes 5-7 days (including express shipping) to be delivered to your doorstep.

If your country is not on the list please contact us directly and we can arrange for the painting delivery through our third party delivery service.
You can check your status anytime by logging into your account. You can also contact customer service via phone, email or live chat and we will provide you with a status update.
The carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via [email protected]. We can give you the inside info.
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and its contents and contact us immediately. We will ship a new package to you at no charge and have the courier company pick-up the damaged order. If the package is lost during transit, we will ship a new product to you immediately.
Gift Cards
Get an Art Noirs Gift Card and we will email you (or the recipient) within hours our one of a kind digital card in the form of a PDF that can be redeemed online for a value that runs from $100 to $3000.
There is also an option to include a personal note from you to the recipient.
Just click the REDEEM GIFT CARD link in the email sent from Art Noirs. Create an account or log in and enter the code in the [gift card page link]. If you are having difficulty, log in first and then click the link via your email.
Gift cards work like store credit on Glossier.com. Once you have applied the gift card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.
Gift cards have 2 years validity from the moment of purchase.

You may not use any work or any content owned by someone else without the written permission of the owner of such content. You are solely responsible for any copyright violations that may incur as a result of using our services.
